By the tag, I’m educationally guessing this is an 80s windbreaker. It is fleece lined, has quilted sleeves, and is in great condition with the exception of a missing waist tie at the bottom. From my research, this jacket likely came from an engineering camp in Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia. Aramco has many of these camps and they’ve existed since the 60s. Pretty cool piece, is snug and warm. This is a men’s size medium, so would best fit a women’s oversized medium-XL.
